Administration Window (Summary Web Parts Only)

The Administration Window is displayed for the summary My Workplace for Outlook web parts only; it does not apply to the remaining web parts.

Site URL

This optional field is used to identify the URL for the site you want to access to return a Summary List calculation. This can be any SharePoint site that resides on the server where this web part resides. If you leave it blank, it will default to the URL of the site where the web part is placed.

The format for this field is "http://Site-URL/SiteName".

Examples:
http://www.sitename.com/ http://www.sitename.com;http://www.sitename2.com
http://www.sitename.com/site1
http://www.sitename.com/site1/site1a

Levels Searched

This optional field is used to define the number of levels to search for sites and lists to return to for the web part. The default is 1 and the maximum is 12. If you want to search more than one level, be sure to enter a numerical value in this box.

Please make sure that a number is entered in this field.  If you spell out a number, it will result in an error and no lists will be found.

Schema(s)

This field is used to select the schema(s) you want to include in the web part display. If you select a schema, the web part will only find lists that match that schema’s profile. The schemas that can be utilized with this web part are listed in the Supported Schemas section of this help topic.

Close Admin

Click this button to save your changes and close the Administration Window.

NOTE: The Administration Window is only available within the "Shared View" and by Administrators.
