Build Updates

The following updates have been made to Calendar Roll-Ups since they were initially introduced in the Workplace Suite on SharePoint 2007.

Fall 2007 Update

My Links in a Calendar Roll-Up now work as expected. In the past, when a Calendar Roll-Up was placed on a page and displayed, the "My Links" menu would not open when selected. This behavior did not occur when the web part was placed in Admin mode or when Show Version was selected.

The MOSS RSS Viewer web part no longer fails to return items when a Calendar Roll-Up is placed on the same page, and the "Retrieving Data" animated .GIF no longer loops endlessly.

The Calendar Roll-Up’s Print function for the Day view will now print more than ten hours of the day.

Fall 2007

Added a Print button that allows users to print a calendar roll-up display without any surrounding components from the page, such as navigation. When the button is selected, a new window that displays only the calendar is displayed and the calendar is sent to the default printer.

Resolved an issue in which events that were scheduled to last from midnight on one day to midnight on the next were displayed on the calendar roll-up as if they spanned two days.

Resolved an issue in which the Calendar Roll-Up would prevent the top horizontal tabs bar in MOSS from displaying sub-sites and pages.
