The following updates have been made to CorasWorks Active Displays since they were initially introduced for use with SharePoint 2007.
• Resolved an issue in which users could not use an action entry form if a web part’s height and width were manually set.
• Resolved a File Not Found error that was displayed when an ASPX page is located in a library and the Text Entry - Web Page Dialog box is opened for an Active Display while in admin mode.
• When Active Display web parts with grouping (either dynamic or static) are dragged and dropped from one web part zone to another, scripted page refreshes now work as expected.
• Resolved a conflict between Active Displays’ administration interfaces and publishing pages in MOSS.
• Resolved an issue with schema settings for Modified and Created. In the past, the internal column names were incorrectly set once selected from the Site and Lists tab of the Active Display administration interface, causing any filters built using the Filter Builder to fail to work as expected.
• Renamed the “SPS My Site Path” property to “My Site Path.”
• The width of the text boxes on the administration interface was increased to allow for longer strings to be entered and displayed
• Two new properties were added to the Display tab which were previously only accessible via the web part tool pane: Web Part Name and Web Part Description
• Addition of a new “Custom Active Display” web part, which can be configured from scratch, can work with any standard or custom list, and offers all of the features and flexibility of the other Active Displays
• Addition of a new “Columns” tab
• Addition of “Column Totals” section to the Display tab, providing support for several mathematical functions, including Sum, Average, Minimum, Maximum, and Count, without using a custom display
• Support for Global Links, Lookups, and URL Masking
• Movable action entry form
• Resolved several issues as described in the What’s New Guide for Fall 2007
• Initial release on SharePoint 2007
• Renamed from “action-enabled roll-ups” to “Active Displays”
