When you click Next from the Settings tab, the Design Migrator logs you in to the identified root site and verifies that you have the necessary access to proceed. When that succeeds, the Sites & Files tab is displayed with a list of the sites you can migrate and the resource files available on the identified template site.
When you initially access the Sites & Files tab, the Select a Site area lists all available sites to which you have access within the specified number of levels under the Root Site you identified on the previous tab. Place a check mark next to each site you want to migrate.
This area lists any files associated with the selected template site that are used to achieve the SharePoint 2007 look and feel, such as .CSS files, graphics files, and so on. Select the resource files you want to include in the migration.
When you are finished entering all appropriate information on this tab, you can click Next to move on to the Scan tab
